Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and secure box to ensure the glass bottle is protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
